Complete electrical maintenance project for Sankalp Apartments including transformer oil filtration, earthpit conditioning, preventive maintenance, and clearance of CEIG observations.

The Challenge

The apartment complex required comprehensive maintenance of multiple transformers, earthing system reconditioning, and resolution of pending CEIG observations.

Our Solution

We executed oil filtration for all 6 transformers (500kVA each), reconditioned all earthpits, performed preventive maintenance on the complete electrical system, and addressed all CEIG observations to achieve compliance.
